This is our last day together for this special series called “21 Days of Prayer.” Hope you’ve enjoyed these readings half as much as I have.
It’s Palm Sunday- 2,000 years ago, our Champion Jesus marched in to a warzone to fight for us. After death was arrested at the cross, He came out a decorated war hero- let us NEVER get over it.
Our theme today is “The Real Business fo Life” for Day 21, written by Lloyd Shadrach. If you’d like to read along as you listen, text “21days” to 94090.
Lloyd asks us to come up with 5 names of people in our lives who don’t know Christ and to pray for them. This is similar to the challenge set out by The Gospel Coalition last night during their global gathering after a day of fasting and praying.
Hundreds of thousands of believers all over the world were encouraged to post short videos of their transformation stories on socials. I’ll be posting mine this week. Hope to see yours too! Send me a link or message me on instagram or facebook @thelisteningwell.
It may seem like a small thing to you, but it may touch someone you haven’t seen in a while….
and if YOU’D like to pray to receive Christ, join me. I’ll lead you again today in a salvation prayer. “Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Savior I’ve been looking for in all the wrong places all my life. I want to open my heart and follow you. teach me what it even means to know you, glorify you, enjoy you. Amen.”
Please let me or someone else know if you prayed that prayer with me today? My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
Join me again soon for an interview with Daystar Ministries’ (Counselor) David Thomas, who’s known around these parts as “The Wild Things Whisperer.” You will LOVE what he has to say about raising kids in today’s world. If you have a child who struggles with anxiety, you need to hear this.
My prayer for you is that you see ways in which God is using you right now even in this trial, to bring glroy to His Name, to make His Name known to the people in your sphere of influence. Yes Love, He’s using even you! So let Him shine through you.
Till next time,
